On 4 July Russian representatives of an international company "Olivetti" paid a visit to AVTOVAZ to get acquainted with the Russian automotive leader. This visit was not by chance. "Olivetti" produces different equipment - computers, printers, copy machines, calculators. "Olivetti" brand is known at AVTOVAZ for more than 30 years. In 70s this company supplied VAZ with special equipment, later the computers were provided. "Olivetti" equipment is still working in the production divisions of AVTOVAZ. Our Italian partners are ready to continue partnership with AVTOVAZ and offer a wide range of modern equipment.
       In a few years from now "Olivetti" will celebrate its 100th anniversary, 150 thousand people work in this system, the annual turnover amounts to 30 billion dollars.
       This company is closely connected with "Fiat", that is why first contacts of "Olivetti" with AVTOVAZ began even in the early seventies.
